My favorite driver performance today was definitely Jenson. I love that he doesn’t hold back when it comes to the ridiculous rules imposed, this time being the radio restrictions. That rule really needs to be dropped like the failure of the qualifying format from the beginning of the year.

Definitely. One of the more likeable personalities in F1 and enough of a veteran to be able to keep calm and simple state the facts on radio.
Although I’m also quite entertained by Vettel dropping some F-bombs. I know some people consider him a whiner, but I think he will be a bit like Button soon. Been there, done that, seen most things, get those bullshit rules out of here.
I was also entertained by a grumpy Raikkonen complaining about a young Dutchman.

See, that’s the thing that I feel like we are going to miss out on. Ultimately we aren’t going to get all of the entertaining radio chatter, which is a shame.
I agree regarding the Ferrari duo. They have been a lot of fun to listen to on the radio this year. Kimi is still my favourite driver, and my son’s fav is Seb, so we are pretty happy about the continued pairing of those two.

He is a whiner more often than not. Balance waaaaaa. But they need to fix the rules, brakes fall under safety if they are malfunctioning. Personally I think hybrids need to stay in WEC, F1 is for flat out racing, the WEC is in a much better place to maximise fuel efficiency.

I’m definitely impressed that Seb swears so creatively in English. And Kimi, though he seems to have toned down the f-bombs lately on the radio.
